Every investor has a nightmare investment story. Suman was ours. We had contractor woes, were told the house was two days away from being done, then a temporary tenant changed the locks and decided to squat in the house, when we finally got possession of the property back, we found out that the house was 2 months away from being done, not two days! It was a challenging project for sure! However, the striking results speak for themselves. Diamonds are only produced under extreme pressure and sometimes the most beautiful remodels are produced the same way. I feel such a sense of pride that we overcame many challenges and can now bless a family with this lovely home!
