Rockwood
Rockwood was our first real estate investment purchase. We purchased it in order to renovate and rent the property. After the property was completed, we sold it with owner financing instead of renting it. We did just a “soft” renovation on the property, meaning that we did not remove any walls or add any major changes to the house. Lots of work was done to this home including, porch painting, entire floor refinishing, entire interior wall painting, new light fixtures, refinished kitchen cabinets, new kitchen floors, complete bathroom remodel.
