Redwood (not to be confused with Rockwood!) was our third investment property purchase.  This was the first home I bought without seeing the interior.  Boy were we in for a surprise!  The house was in terrible condition and the previous owner had stripped everything before leaving.  There were no connections to city water, gas or electric.  There was no HVAC or ducting.  The entire house needed rewired.  All windows were rotted.  Completely new plumbing needed to be run.  This house was our first “hard” flip meaning FULL renovation in every sense of the word.  It was an extremely challenging house but the results speak for themselves.  The neighbors are thrilled that the eye sore of the neighborhood is now the nicest house on the block!
