GOLFVIEW

Golfview was our first auction purchase.  We were able to see the property before the auction which is rare.  We knew going in that the property was in relatively good shape and so it was a great property for a first auction purchase.  We put on a new roof, refinished all floors, refinished fireplace, new exterior doors, refinished kitchen cabinets, complete bathroom renovation for both bathrooms, painted entire interior.
